The month of May 2007 has seen plenty of announcements regarding the plans to construct the South Korea solar renewable energy project, which would be the largest ever such effort. This particular plant would be able to see an increase in its renewable energy through the South Korea solar renewable energy project from about three percent to a whooping ten percent within the next decade,. There would be an initial investment of US $170 millions for this purpose.
Some Facts About The South Korea Solar Renewable Energy Project
This plant which would be housed in Shinan (the South-most tip of the South Korea) would be the largest ever constructed solar plant in the world scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008. The production of the South Korea solar renewable energy solar plant would be close to 27 thousand megawatt-hours electricity annually, without destroying any habitat or endangering anything on earth. The energy produced would be plenty to cover the needs of about seven thousand households.
This would the first pay off for humans who price the environment enough to love this intervention. The plant would be able to eliminate or rather said prevent the formation of some 20 thousand tons of carbon dioxide annually (equivalent of about 23 thousand car emission produce annually).
The building of the South Korea solar renewable energy plant is done with the know-how from a leading Solar Power Company. The solar panels itself would require about 100 thousand solar modules (rectangular in shape) that could cover as many as 80 football fields. These modules would be able to track the sun automatically so they could absorb the maximum of sun light possible during the daytime.
The South Korea solar renewable energy plant is hoped to be a replicable example for the rest of Asia initially – since countries such as China – have already booked them informally for the construction of another plant. The important thing is that this plant is an excellent attempt to shift focus from the fossil based energy and fuel to the renewable energy so as to give Planet Earth a fair option to survive much longer than it is envisaged at the moment.

There are plans to build another renewable energy plant – this time in Incheon (Western part of South Korea) which would be completed by mid or late 2014. The plant, according to the plan, will be the largest ever renewable energy plant that produces electricity from the power of tidal waves. The Incheon plant would be housed of four islands which would be connected to each other for this purpose.
